Volunteer

DWDV is very reliant on volunteers to carry out its many tasks of education, advocacy and management. We need people with special skills such as medical, legal, nursing, accounting and administration. Translators (Dutch, French, Swiss, German, Italian and Spanish) have an important role in unlocking overseas documents. Writers can help with education via letters to the editor, and with newsletter articles. We would very much appreciate any assistance you may be able to offer.

"Volunteers are an important part of DWDV. A fun and friendly group of office volunteers attend between an hour and a day once a quarter to help prepare our newsletter for posting. Translators help us as well, and so do writers who prepare many of the articles in our newsletter. No matter the task, we share a bond for achieving the right to die with dignity. We'd love to have your help, too."

DWDV Office Manager

You can easily contact politicians (we make it so easy!) and the media. You can share a real story about dying with dignity — or lack of it — or make a donation.
