DWDV is able to provide you with support in the following ways:

  • monitors how the new end-of-life laws are working in practice
  • assists other states and territories achieve voluntary assisted dying legislation
  • works to ensure that voluntary assisted dying regulations are practical
  • works with other organisations to cooperatively achieve our purpose.

DWDV provides referral to counselling but does not assist people to end their lives.
