A podcast for GPs has been uploaded as part of the End of Life Law for Clinicians training program program at the Australian Centre for Health Law Research. It covers first conversations about voluntary assisted dying (VAD) in practice, providing practical and legal insights for doctors about navigating VAD conversations with patients, legal rights and obligations under State and Territory VAD laws, conscientious objection, and more. It features GP Dr Sara Townend, Clinical Director of the NSW VAD Support Service and ACHLR's Dr Madeleine Archer (PhD).
